The aim is for Ms. Ashley to come and talk to our students every week about making good choices when trying to problem solve minor issues in school.
It is a three step plan outlined below that empowers our students to try to work through problems themselves.
1. Choose an option from Gecko's choice and try to solve it yourself.
2. If that choice does not work out, then try another choice.
3. If you are still having problems, ask an adult for help.
Note: If it is a major problem, go straight to an adult.
Each week Ms. Ashley will address one choice on the wheel and we shall role play and try to create some scenarios that may happen in school, so that students have a clear understanding of each choice.
