Welcome to Semester 2 with the M & Ms!

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a lovely holiday and feel refreshed.

It is going to be another busy semester for us, so I thought I would post a schedule for all of us to refer to below. I will inform you of additions or changes as they appear.

There will be a meeting to explain aspects of this semester for Grade 4/5 parents on Tuesday 13th January at 2:00pm in Ms. Alison's room. 

January

• Rehearsals will continue on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings for Oliver.
• Thursday January 22nd and Friday January 23rd: 3-way conferences. 12:00pm dismissal for students.
• Tuesday January 27th - Friday 30th: Gr. 5 Barge trip and Gr. 4/5 Host Country week.

February

• Thursday12th, Friday 13th & Saturday14th February: Oliver Musical
• Tuesday 17th at 5:30 pm: Exhibition Meeting for Parents and Students
• Thursday 19th & Friday 20th February: No school Chinese New Year
• Monday 23rd February - 10th April: Grades 4 and 5 split. Grade 5 Exhibition begins and Grade 4 begin a unit of inquiry with the same Transdisciplinary Theme "How We Express Ourselves."

March:

• Thursday 12th March: Early dismissal: Professional Development 
• Friday 13th: No school: Professional Development 
• Monday 16th March: No school
• Friday 27th March: Elementary Assembly 7:45am  

April

• Friday 3rd April: Elementary Student-Led Conferences 7:30am-4:00pm No School for Elementary Students.
• Thursday 9th April: Grade 5 PYP Exhibition Evening 6:00pm
• Friday 10th April: Grade 5 PYP Exhibition morning 8:00am - 11:00pm 
• Monday 13th - Friday 17th April: Khmer New Year. No school.
• Monday 20th April: Last unit of inquiry with the Transdisciplinary Theme of "How We Organise Ourselves" begins with Grade 4/5 MMs back together.
• Friday 24th April: Elementary Assembly 7:45am.
• Tuesday 28th April: Grade 5 to MYP Transition Meeting 6 pm (New Campus)

May

• Thursday 14th May: King Sihamoni's Birthday: No School
• Transition activities for Grade 5s moving to Secondary School will occur this month. Details to come in due course.

June

• Tuesday 2nd June: Grade 5 Moving to Secondary Ceremony 8am.
• Thursday 4th June: Last day of school. Elementary assembly 7:45am.
