Water Festival Presentation

Today Ms. Synith explained to us what the Water Festival is all about.

We understood the main purpose as: 

To make the god of the river happy, so he will provide many fish and the rice crops will be plentiful.

Whilst the boat races on the water will not be happening this year, Ms. Synith assured us that there will still be plenty of other activities in Phnom Penh to celebrate this festival.
