Ms.Lindy

On Monday, Ms Lindy, the ISPP Communications and Marketing Manager came to talk to us about how she runs her department.

We learnt how to structure an organisation. This will help us when working with our issue groups to design our own structure for our organisation.

We asked loads of questions and understood more clearly the types of jobs that exist with organisations like ours.

Ms. Lindy also talked to us about designing displays, something that we are working on at the moment to present to the Grade 4 students.

We discussed the important elements of an effective display and what things were not so effective.

All in all it was a helpful discussion and we were so glad to have Ms. Lindy to support us!

She is also going to come and provide some feedback when our displays are being put togethers, so that we can make them even more effective!
