When asked to support one of our G10 students in their Personal Projects, the G5 students were very willing and supportive to help!
Here is the outline written by Mamiko and what our students had to do.

Hello, I'm Mamiko Kumagai from Grade 10.
For my personal project I am seeing if there is any correlation between a student's performance (ability to concentrate) and folding origami. In order to test this out, I am hoping to do an experiment with Grade 5 students. I would like to have at least two classes to be part of the experience, in order to get various results.
The experiment would involve one day where students take a simple 10 minute Mathematics test with basic computation skills (20 minutes) and another day where students fold origami and then take the test (50 minutes). The second class would do the same, but with the days reversed.
Based on the test scores from the students, I would like to find an average and see if there is any change in the test scores after the use of origami.

We eagerly await the results after Mamiko has analysed them.
Also, it should be interesting to see Mamiko's presentation in January!
