As a tuning in activity for the exhibition, the Grade 5 teachers performed a skit showing the different roles people play in a group. This was an overdramatized version of a unproductive group. The students managed to connect with all of the characters within in skit and could identify some of their own behaviours. As part of reflecting on their process, we have given the students the above buttons for their process journal. When reflecting they show what role they took during different activities. If you see one in your child's journal you might like to ask them about what role they were.
