Painting with the Grade 11s

Today, the painting groups went to the Secondary school G11 art class and shared their paintings and the message behind them with the G11 students and Mr Clouter.

The G11 students then showed us a variety of techniques we could use to create more texture within our paintings.

They were very generous with their time and were very supportive of our students. They allowed us to practice these techniques with their equipment and gave some very sound advice that our students were able to take on board and think about for their own work.

We came back very enthusiastic about how we could improve our work.
